In this hands on workshop we’ll be exploring the joy and satisfaction of producing wonderful dairy products in your own kitchen. We’ll be making
- cultured butter
- sour cream
- goats milk feta
We’ll start the day in the farmhouse with morning tea and then a tour of the farm. Then we’ll gather in the farm commercial kitchen to make lots of delicious home dairy products, with a break for a delicious paddock-to-plate lunch. You’ll leave with the confidence to be able to reproduce everything we make in class at home. We’ll talk about raw milk and pasteurised milk and sourcing everything you need to create your own home dairy! Includes take-home cheeses, morning tea and lunch, extra tea and coffee, recipe booklet and inspiration.
