Bikkie Baking

Bikkies are close to Buena Vista Farm’s heart; before we were a farm, we were a small biscuit business! In this delightfully sweet workshop, we’ll be making 6 different delicious bikkies including salted caramel shortbreads, meringues, dark treacle gingerbread, almond biscotti, jam sandwiches and triple choc chunk bikkies.

The day begins with morning tea (and bikkies!) and a farm tour, then we’ll take to the commercial kitchen to whip up batches of deliciousness, with a break for a paddock-to-plate farm lunch (all produce grown and raised on the farm!). You’ll take home bags of all the bikkies you make!
